Sub Central is Gadsden Elementary School District 32's platform for finding, offering, and tracking substitute coverage. This policy explains what information we collect through Sub Central, how we use it, and who can see it.
We use this information solely to operate substitute staffing for the district: matching substitutes to open requests, notifying substitutes of work and schedule changes, tracking who worked when, and letting HR/school staff manage credentials and eligibility.
The first time you add a phone number to your substitute profile, we send a one-time text confirming you're signed up for these messages. After that, if text message notifications are enabled for your account, Sub Central may text you when new work is offered, when you're confirmed for an assignment, or when an assignment you accepted is cancelled. District HR staff may also send informational text messages relevant to substitute work -- for example, a reminder to update your availability or an announcement affecting substitute assignments. These are operational messages about your own substitute work or the district's substitute program, not marketing.
Message frequency varies based on your own availability, how often you're offered work, and how often HR sends informational messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can turn text notifications off at any time from your notification preferences, or reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your information is visible only to district staff and HR who need it to run substitute staffing, and to schools for the requests you're offered or assigned to. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
